Care center expands options
for time-starved patients

CHADDS FORD -- When Robert Murdocca started coming down with bronchitis-like symptoms a few weeks ago, and the severe coughing didn't go away after a few days, he didn't go to the emergency room or make an appointment with his family physician.
Instead, the 38-year-old Wayne businessman got into his car and drove to Pioneer Urgent Care where a doctor diagnosed his condition and had him on his way in less than an hour. Read more...

Urgent Care Center to open soon

CHADDS FORD -- A new urgent care center will soon open on Route 202 just north of Route 1. Pioneer Urgent Care Center will debut Sept. 4 in the Shoppes at Chadds Ford, a new strip shopping center on the southbound side of Route 202.
The brainchild of three Paoli Hospital emergency room physicians, Pioneer will treat patients -- without need of an appointment -- for a variety of illnesses and injuries that aren’t life-threatening. Read more...
